What is the refund policy?

There is a strict no refund policy for these events.

How many people can be in one vehicle?

Each ticket admits one standard passenger car or SUV. (RVs not permitted.) All guests must have a seat belt. No more than six people per vehicle.

How do I make sure I get a good parking spot?

Parking is based on a first-come-first-serve basis. The show is expected to be full. Please arrive early. Gates typically open an hour before showtime. Please check with your local theater for gate times. The show is expected to be full, so please arrive early. Note that re-entry is not permitted.

How do I hear the show?

Sound will be broadcast through FM radio. Please see local theater for details. You can access FAQ for your local theater via a link in your ticket confirmation email, or search the theater online.

What do I need to know before I attend the concert?

  • To limit car battery usage, bring a battery-operated radio to listen to the concert.
  • Have hand sanitizer and mask(s) available.
  • Download the concession app and online ticket purchase app for the theater. You can access FAQ for your local theater via a link in your ticket confirmation email, or search the theater online.

I purchased too many tickets. 

There is a strict no refund policy however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else so that they can use it. Information on how to transfer your ticket can be found here.

I purchased a ticket, but didn’t receive my confirmation email – what do I do?

To view your order details and receipt, please log in to your Universe Dashboard. Tickets can be found under ‘My Tickets’. If you did not create a Universe account upon checkout, please contact us and we can resend your confirmation email.

I went to confirm my purchase but there were no more tickets left. What happened?

Tickets are only secured once an Order Confirmation screen has appeared on the purchase page. Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis upon submission of payment details & selecting “Pay Now”.  If no more tickets are available, then the show is sold out.

I was waiting in line and completed the form but I didn’t get tickets.

How do I edit the information on a ticket I booked?

Edits are not permitted on tickets that have been purchased, but please note that the name on your ticket does not need to match your ID. So long as you have a valid ticket and bar code, you will be able to enter the event.

I can’t make my date anymore, can I transfer to a different date?

Tickets cannot be moved to a different date. If you can no longer attend the event, we recommend you transfer your ticket to another person so that they can make use of the ticket.

What happens if a date gets cancelled due to weather?

Shows will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, you will be contacted regarding a reschedule or a potential refund.
